Originally from Syracuse, New York, Shane graduated from Cazenovia College with a B.S. degree in Business Management. While attending Cazenovia College in upstate New York he excelled as a collegiate student athlete in basketball and baseball. Shane is a Financial Advisor with The McGovern Group at Merrill Lynch. Working with The McGovern Group, his specific area of concentration includes corporate retirement plans as well as their client centric investment process. This includes evaluating goals, identifying appropriate solutions, implementation and continuous monitoring. Shane was recognized as the 2007 Emerald Coast Emerging Leader of the Year in Northwest Florida. He serves on the Fort Walton Beach YMCA Board of Directors, Walton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, FWBYP Steering Committee and is the Vice President of Education for the Destin Toastmasters Club. Shane currently resides in Destin, Florida.
