The 2012 Winter Guest Fest, spopnsored by ResortQuest, will be held at the Emerald Coast Convention Center on beautiful Okaloosa Island.    Friday, January 13 - 8 am to 12 Noon - and still only $1 admission!

The Winter Guest Fest (formerly the Senior Snowbird Expo) is the area's largest and only Winter Guest tradeshow featuring entertainment, food, and fun.  Over 2,000 Winter Guests attend each year!
