Lindsay grew up in an sea-faring village called Stonington, Connecticut, located between New York City and Boston. She attended Stonington High School, served as class Vice President, and graduated in 2004. Looking to see a different part of the country, she accepted enrollment into James Madison University located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. During her time in college she completed two communications internships with the largest pharmaceutical company in the world, Pfizer. After graduating college in May 2008, she came to Fort Walton Beach to be with her Eglin AFB affiliated significant other and worked in marketing at ResortQuest. She now is a copywriter and editor for Life’s a Beach Publications in Destin
