Mardi Gras 2009 "Mardi Gras By the Sea" Poster Contest
Calling all aspiring artists! The Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce invites entries for the official Mardi Gras 2009 poster contest.
The FWB Chamber announces its annual contest to select the official 2009 Mardi Gras on the Island poster. Winning artwork will be official image for the event and will be prominently displayed in all event advertising. The winning entry earns a $200 cash prize. Acceptance of the cash prize constitutes the sale of the artwork, which becomes the sole property of the Chamber.
Poster submissions should be 11" X 14" in size and should include the theme of "Mardi Gras By the Sea". The artwork must include the words "Mardi Gras on the Island, 2009, Fort Walton Beach, Florida". All submissions should be in camera-ready medium and unsigned.
Deadline for submission is September 16th. Entries may be delivered to the Chamber office at 34 S. E. Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach.
