    The Center for Life Long Learning will present a scholarship to Take Stock in Children (TSIC) at 12:00 noon on October 6th in the auditorium at the University of West Florida Emerald Coast in Ft. Walton Beach. Dort Baltes (Okaloosa County's representative to TSIC) will accept the award and will give a background presentation on the organization. This event is free and open to the public and everyone is invited.
