Trust - we all want it from others - and we all want to give it to others. But how do we exactly go about developing and maintaining that vital, yet somewhat elusive, concept of trust?

This lunch and learn will provide an introduction to the art and science of developing and maintaining trust, at work as well as in our personal lives. By exploring a combination of philosophy, psychology, and neurobiology, participants will leave the workshop with a better understanding of the process of trust building, as well as tools in hand to immediately begin enhancing trust in all aspects of their lives.
