Program Speaker:  Dave Jefferson, MSHRM, Vice President of Operations, SimpleHR

Dave is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 30 years of experience.  After a successful career with the US Air Force, he held various HR management positions including his own HR consulting company in Tucson, Arizona.  His experience is heavily involved in Compensation, Strategic HR, Organizational Development, Benefits, Staffing and Performance Management.  He entered the National Association of Professional Empoyer Organization (NAPEO) industry in San Antonio, TX, in 2000 as the HR Director for a local PEO.  Dave moved to Florida in 2004 and joined an enthusiastic team with a young start-up PEO, SimpleHR, based in Destin, FL.  He developed the company's Benefits Program and eventually assumed the position as Director of Human REsources.  He was promoted to his current role in 2007.  Today, Simple HR operates primarily in six Southeastern states and earned consecutive honors by Florida Trend Magazine as one of the top small companies to work for in Florida, a prestigious honor for such a young company.
