This year’s theme, “WE THE PEOPLE: Forward Ever, Backward Never!”, celebrates the power of community, service, leadership, and working together to move our community forward. We are honored to welcome Florida State Senator Shevrin “Shev” Jones as our guest speaker. Senator Jones is an educator, public servant, and founder of L.E.A.D. Nation, with a focus on youth leadership, education, public safety, and issues affecting Florida families. The evening will also recognize individuals making a meaningful impact in our community while supporting the continued programs, advocacy, and service of the Okaloosa County NAACP.
