4th of July at the Landing

Join the City of Fort Walton Beach Recreation Department for 4^th of July at the Landing 2018! Admission is FREE and you are invited to a full evening of waterfront Independence Day celebration featuring musical entertainment, kids' activities, and a spectacular fireworks show!
-Free Kids Zone area featuring bounce houses, inflatable slides, games, and dunking booth
-Concessions available for purchase, plus other vendors and exhibitor booths

And: Love the event but not the parking? EC Rider's got you covered with $1 Park & Ride Trolley service! The trolleys will be running continuously between the event and our two designated stops from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m.: FWB City Hall and Uptown Station.
($1 per person per direction. Drivers do not carry change, so please bring exact amount.)

4 p.m. Shenanigans band
Local talent takes the stage to start the show!

5 p.m. Opening Ceremony & Welcome
Join Mayor Dick Rynearson, the Fort Walton Beach Police Department Honor Guard, and Reid Soria of Autism Sings for the National Anthem

5- 6 p.m. Book and print signing with American Hero Lt. Col. Richard E. Cole, the last surviving Doolittle Raider (flyer attached)

6:30 p.m. I'magene (formerly Continuum)
Celebrate the evening with the local area's band in demand!

8:45 p.m. FIREWORKS!
