6th Annual No Child Without Health Care Fair

        FREE   HEALTH  EXAMS

ALL ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE

-             Doors will open to the public at 9:15 a.m.

-             Opening Exercise will begin at 9:30 a.m. 

-             Local physicians will discuss topics pertaining to children’s health

issues and health screenings will be available.   

-             Parent or Guardian MUST be present with child. (Age 0-18 years)

-             Free school and sports physicals.

-             Free lunch will be provided starting at 12:00 noon

-             Family friendly fun activities for children will begin at 11:30 a.m.
