The Northwest Florida State College Madrigals, a select 18-voice mixed ensemble of scholarship vocalists under the direction of Allison Everitt, and Belle Voci, a select women's ensemble under the direction of Lois Van Dam, will perform A Victorian Christmas concert on December 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Mattie Kelly Arts Center Galleries on the Niceville Campus.
