Join us for the Emerald Coast's first Mardi Gras Celebration, sponsored by Abita!! A wonderful, family-friendly Mardi Gras Parade on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Come prepared to catch the beads and other throws tossed from the brilliantly decorated floats.
Abita Mardi Gras Parade Lineup
Bring your family and kick off the Mardi Gras season with the first parade on the Gulf Coast – the Abita Mardi Gras Parade on Okaloosa Island. That’s Saturday, January 16, at 1 pm. The parade will begin at the western end of Santa Rosa Blvd., heading eastward toward Brooks Bridge. Half the road will be blocked along the parade route, but traffic will still be free to travel both ways on the southern lanes of the street.
The parade will start at 1 pm. Parking will be available at The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island, and there will be shuttle service from The Boardwalk to Bluefish, the perfect location along the parade route.
654LIMO and Emerald Coast Social Sports will shuttle from 10:30 am until 12:30 from The Boardwalk to Bluefish Drive. From 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm shuttle service will be available from Bluefish back to The Boardwalk.
