What is Active Evolution?

I guide people – usually women and men of mid-age to retirement age – to build their own skill set to:

• Recognize old beliefs and habits that just don’t make them happy
• Define what they value and what makes them happy
• Learn methods to stay present, focused, positive
• Create vision and life purpose statements
• Brainstorm, set goals, and set up accountability for achieving goals
• Re-create fulfilling futures in a balanced, playful and grounded way
