Nita Jones, papermaker and instructor in drawing, painting, and art history, will be the featured speaker at the ADSO luncheon on Wednesday 25, June , 2014. Holding a BFA from the University of South Alabama, Jones has had solo exhibitions in galleries throughout the South and has been a Best in Show winner at the Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival in Pensacola.
Jones will explain her art at the Art Center Gallery, 17 First Street, Fort Walton Beach. The Luncheon, which is open to the public, will begin at 11:30. Cost of the luncheon is $12. Reservations must be made no later than Monday, June 25 ; cost of luncheons for reservations after that date is $15.
