Our featured artist for the month of October is Ann Forbush. Ann is an artist educator based in New England and the Florida Panhandle. Her professional career includes designing textiles for the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and teaching printmaking at the DeCordova Museum in Lincoln MA and Maud Morgan Arts in Cambridge MA. After a 25-year career as a printmaker she has turned her attention to painting. She will present a slide show that focuses on her path between these two mediums. Ann's talk is entitled "Connecting-the-Dots in your studio Practice " Luncheon will be by reservation only and must be paid in advance as it will be necessary to indicate your choice of sandwich. Cost of Luncheon is $15.00. Reservation deadline is 11am Friday 20th of October. The venue address is the Arts and Design Society centre Gallery, 17 First st, Fort Walton Beach.
