Farideh Peacock will offer a two-day acrylic workshop, studying the technique and style of American modernist Georgia O'Keeffe, on Wednesday, February 3, and Thursday, February 4, 9 am-1 pm. Students will study the style and method of the artist and produce their own version of the work. There will be critique at the end of each day. Cost of the two-day class is $110/members; $130, non-members.
Peacock's art education began in England and continued in the United States, where she obtained a BFA from the Herron School of Art, Indiana University, and then became a faculty member of the Indianapolis Art Center. You may view her work at www.faridehpeacock.com.
