ADSO Luncheon Wednesday 28th September 11.30am. Our Luncheon speaker is Ceramic Artist Laurel Siwicki. Laurel in her art looks beyond what people perceive they see by our outer appearances and chooses to express the human condition and environment. Her pieces often begin with a memory or emotion. Like a story they have a beginning but no definitive ending allowing the viewer to complete the story according to their own experiences. Laurel works with clay because it has the ability to be transformed while maintaining a delicacy and strength. Luncheon will be by reservation only as Heavenly Croissants box lunches will be served. The reservation deadline will be Friday September 23rd at 11am. When making your reservations it will be necessary to indicate your choice of Croissant. Laurel will be speaking at the ADSO Art Gallery at 17 First street, Fort Walton beach. It will begin at 11.30am and the cost of the Luncheon will be $12.00.
