Cym Lowell, a Vietnam veteran, author, and philanthropist, will discuss his book, Jaspar’s War, during a book signing at the Fort Walton Beach Library on Monday, June 29 at 5 p.m. Lowell will discuss his initiative, Operation: Next Chapter, and explain how all book sales go toward helping wounded service men and women through supporting the work being done by Soldiers’ Angels and Patriot PAWS. The program is free and no signup is required.
