We have simplified the process so that the patient has control over the lens options without pressure selling. You're presented with a menu with all options and prices revealed, which includes any frame based on the lens material, from basic plastic lens to the most advanced lens technology available.

Cabana Eyes was founded on the belief that everyone should be able to afford eyewear, especially those who don't have vision plan coverage.
However they do accept some vision plans: NVA, Spectera, United Healthcare, FirstLook, and Superior Vision
(For Chamber members taking advantage of their vision benefits, I ask that you send a copy via email scanned with plan information, the patient DOB, the beneficiary of the plan. If anyone is uncomfortable sending their personal info through email please call, but I do need a copy of the card beforehand, so we can verify coverage and have the specifics of what the plan covers.
