    Fee (non-refundable):
    $25/member, $35/non-member, $15/students under 18– First two entries
    $5 each additional entry. Maximum total entries – 5.

    Turn in: Saturday, November 11, 12-4 & Monday, November 13, 9-12
    Pick up work not selected: Wednesday, November 15, 1-4 pm
    Pick up work from exhibit: Friday, December 15, 3-4 pm
    Juror: TBA
    **BATTLE of the BRUSHES at the reception!**
    Work must be ready for hanging or presentation. No saw tooth hangers. ADSO does not provide
    wire. Artwork without hanging hardware will not be accepted. Size may not exceed 65” in any
    direction. Wet paintings will not be accepted. Sculpture must be able to be handled by one person.
    Artwork must be original and must have been executed within the last two years. Work previously
    shown at ADSO and award winning work from any ADSO sponsored exhibit may not be
    resubmitted.
    ADSO will receive a 20% commission on work sold. Sales tax is the responsibility of the artist.
    By submitting your work to ADSO exhibits, you are giving ADSO permission to consider using your
    art on our website, in brochures and in grant applications. If you do not wish your work to be
    used, you must notify ADSO at drop off. ADSO/ADSO representatives are not liable for any
    damage incurred to artwork during this exhibition. Unless the artist has made arrangements for a
    late pickup of work, a fee of $10 will be applied. After two weeks, the work becomes the property of
    ADSO.
