The Camp Walton Schoolhouse will be 100 years old this year. Please join us in celebrating the 100th birthday on Saturday, September 8th. The day will include an old-fashioned birthday party with cake, ice cream and games of the 1912-1936 time frame. Meet Fort Walton Beach's founding families whose ancestors attended the school and learn about the past.
You can also enjoy contests such as three-legged races and view educational exhibits on inventions, toys and headlines for each of the years the school was in use. There will be antique cars on display and you can take your picture as if you were dressed of the day.
