Cat Nip & Sip Event to Benefit SOCKS

Save Our Cats and Kittens, Inc. (SOCKS) recently announced that a fun and funky benefit luncheon, Cat Nip & Sip, will take place at Baguette Bistro in Destin on June 18, 2016, in order to raise funds for the organization.
 

Tickets are only $30 and include fabulous fare by Destin's new hot spot, Baguette Bistro and complimentary cocktails from Timber Creek Distillery. Come try the Sour Puss or the Tipsy Tabby, enjoy fantastic cuisine and bid on the amazing items in the silent auction! Also, grab your friends and take a selfie with the Cat Nip & Sip kitty!
 

Proceeds will benefit SOCKS, a local non-profit organization dedicated to the felines with whom we all share our lives. SOCKS values treating them compassionately, with dignity, respect, and understanding; and with care about their quality of life. The organization strives to treat their feline guests as they would their own pets. The organization was founded in 1993 and is supported completely by donations, along with the proceeds from their Thrift Store. The Shelter does not cage cats and kittens unless there is a necessity to do so, medical or behavioral; so cats roam freely. SOCKS is a no-kill animal shelter for felines.
