    Communication is one of the most important ingredients that strengthen the relationships around us. In this training we will learn the skills that will help us become more effective communicators, such as:

    • How to become a great listener

    • Defining individual communication styles and personalities

    • Identifying communication gaps and where the breakdowns occur

    • Shared meaning and priorities

    • The effect our past has on our present

    • Assertiveness vs. aggressiveness

    • The art of conversation

    • Non-verbal communication

    • Overall presentation – what messages are we sending?
