Cooking Demonstration with Local Chef Adam Yellin

Chef Adam Yellin, owner of Local Catch Bar & Grill, will be featuring a Le Creuset braiser to prepare their signature dishes. Featured fare will be tortilla chips smothered in braised pork, Monterey cheese, pico de gallo, and pickled jalapenos, with a white sauce and house made hot sauce. Also, braised pork with pineapple salsa, cabbage, with a house white sauce and topped with fried onion in a tortilla.

This is one of several upcoming events to be held at Le Creuset as they partner with 30AEats.com in a series of cooking demonstrations featuring local Chefs.   There will also be an online raffle on 30Aeats.com for a Le Creuset braiser, and in-store raffles of Local Catch merchandise and dinner.

Le Creuset's next demo will be in February and will feature Chef Chris Bell with Bouchamps.  He is currently The Destin Log's featured Chef.
