Covenant Hospice Offers Free Education Series - With CEUs.

Covenant Hospice is offering a monthly education series beginning Tuesday, April 21 at 5:15 p.m. at their Fort Walton Beach office, located at 220 Eglin Parkway NE. The educational presentations will last one hour and are offered at no charge. Licensed healthcare professionals such as Florida and Alabama nurses, social workers and nursing home administrators will be awarded continuing education credits. This month’s topic is “Difficult Conversations” and will explore a variety of situations in which healthcare workers are required to navigate sensitive conversations with patients, their family members, and other colleagues.
