Culinary maestros have included top chefs from the Gulf Coast region and beyond such as Jack McGuckin of Bijoux Restaurant + Spirits, Tim Creehan, Chef/Owner of Cuvée 30A, Jude Tauzin, Executive Chef of Tony Cachere, Dan Vargo, Chef/Owner of Fine Coastal Cuisine, Curtis Higgins with Primary Restaurant + Bar in Highlands, NC and Fleetwood Covington of Seagar's Prime Steaks & Seafood.
