Name: Customer Service for Healthcare ProfessionalsDate: April 15, 2014Time: 5:15 PM - 6:30 PM CDTEvent Description:Covenant Hospice will offer a free seminar, “Customer Service for Healthcare Professionals,” on Tuesday, April 15 at 5:15 p.m. at their Fort Walton Beach branch office, 220 Eglin Parkway NE in Mariner Plaza.
Kathleen Doran, R.N. and Edie Henley, R.N., CHPN will present the course. Seminar attendees can expect to learn about facts supporting the importance of customer service, the components of quality customer service, tactics for achieving this high level of service and ways to “wow” customers.
One (1.0) Credit Hour will be awarded to Florida nurses, Florida social workers, LMHC and MFT, as well as Florida nursing home administrators. Attendance hours will be awarded to nursing assistants.
There is no cost, but reservations are required by Wednesday, April 9. Call 850-598-0861 to RSVP. Covenant Hospice offers an Evening Education Series monthly, on the third Tuesday. A light meal will be served by this month’s sponsor, Fort Walton Beach Rehabilitation Center.
