Did you know that Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge has a hawk that helps teach summer camp? And a raccoon teacher too? Yes, our animal ambassadors teach just as much as our camp counselors, and this year, ECWR is hosting our first summer camp sessions at to our new campus in Navarre just off Highway 87. CROW stands for Conserving & Rehabilitating Our Wildlife. We are passionate about the conservation of native Florida wildlife & are excited to share our animals, experience, & knowledge with our community’s children. The first week of camp begins the week of June 21st. Each week-long camp is age specific, starts at 9:00 am (with check-in starting at 8:45 am). A Camp CROW t shirt, bag and reusable water bottle will be provided to each camper, but the campers will need to bring their own lunch.
