    Instructor: Kevin Grohoske Project Managers often struggle when attempting to manage IT projects because, unlike many other type of organizations that also utilize project managers, IT projects are unique to the business. They attempt to combine creative design skills, technical engineering, and implement new (often unproven) technology advancements to develop a complex business solution. Unfortunately, in this business there are very few ''hard and fast rules'' for things such as team organization, resource management, estimating, and control of IT projects. Additionally, the widely diverse and unique personalities reflected in the IT field also adds its own special challenges to leading successful IT project teams.
