Effective leadership can mean the difference between success and failure for organizations. Effective leaders are able to inspire employees, colleagues, and other stakeholders to perform at peak levels and to continually improve.
This seminar will help participants develop the knowledge, skills, and awareness necessary to become effective leaders in any type of organization.
Participants will learn the Eight C's of Effective Leadership -- caring, character, communication, clarity, commitment, courage, credibility, and competence--and how to apply these leadership characteristics to inspire people to peak performance.
