The first three years of owning a business are both exhilarating and demanding. The encouraging aspect is that many of the challenges faced during this period are similar across various industries. This committee aims to unite entrepreneurs, educate them on how to support one another, and ultimately foster a community that thrives together.
Objectives:
Discuss everyday struggles seen in the first 3 years and strategies to be prepared Develop a resilient network of entrepreneurs, your tribe, to remain connected in a long-term mastermind, continually driving each other's growth and success for years to come Encourage maximizing the use of the considerable network the Chamber and Community Resources offer
Eligibility:
The inaugural cohort will be a team of 12-15 business owners. To qualify, you must:
1. Be in good active standing with the Chamber
2. Ability to commit an hour and a half of time IN PERSON for each meeting (meeting times attached)
3. Willingness/Ability to sign a confidentiality statement (on behalf of your company) to assure that the information shared by the participant and by other participants remains confidential
4. Be in business for less than 3 years
Applications will be through the Chamber from November 13th - December 6th.
