    Affordable   Care Act Update

    Ted   Kirkcharr, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Landrum Professional   Employer Services, will be providing an update on the Affordable Health Care   Act and the impact to businesses and employees. Ted will review sections of   PPACA that are relevant to business owners and provide information on the   following:
     
      1.) Determine if a business is covered by the law.
      2.) Define the meaning of "affordable coverage."
      3.) Determine the coverage required to meet the minimum requirements test of   the law.
      4.) Review recent changes and new implementation dates.
    This   event will be open to non-members, so please feel free to invite clients,   business owners and executives you know that may be looking for an update on   the Affordable Health Care Act.
