    Event Description:

    More than 150 employees of Ohio-based Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC will construct the walls of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Okaloosa and Help Build Hope.

    Volunteers will write personal messages in permanent marker on the wood once the walls are standing. The frame will then be disassembled and donated as a Habitat for Humanity house for a single mother in Crestview, Florida.

    Media will have an opportunity to photograph and film the construction, as well as the 1,260-square-foot interior upon completion. WHEN: 1 to 5 p.m., Thursday, February 12 WHERE: Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, 9300 Emerald Coast Pkwy W, Miramar Beach. Administrative Parking Lot.
