At the Healthy Military Families event you will learn how to choose healthy foods at the supermarket, plan for healthy eating on a tight budget, and have fun while getting fit together! Enjoy light refreshments, informational tables from base and local community organizations as well as enter your name for a chance to win some wonderful door prizes!
