For the first time in years, Hurlburt Field is opening its gates to the residents and visitors of the Emerald Coast! Come visit our U.S. Air Force Air Commandos at the FREE Hurlburt Field Open House April 14-15. The 14th is open to DOD ID holders only and the 15th is open to the general public. The base event will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with our Air Commandos, experience thrilling demonstrations and tour our latest generation of special forces aircraft, which is essential to accomplishing the nation's global defense mission. The Airmen at Hurlburt Field are looking forward to providing attendees several behind the scenes showcases of how the Air Force is preparing for the conflicts of the future and how the heart of Air Force Special Operations presides in the Emerald Coast.
