Joye Moon, national watercolorist, is returning to teach at the Arts and Design Society, on February 22-24, presenting 3 new art projects on each of the 3 days of this popular watercolor workshop, which uses landscape, flora and abstraction for subject matter. She will incorporate different substances to manipulate the paint, creating texture. This class is for beginner through advanced watercolor students.
