*IDI is in network with Tricare, BCBS, Medicare, VA, UHC, UMR, GEHA, Cigna and Aetna. For patients 40+ who have not had an annual screening Mammogram within the last 12 months and one day, this exam is covered by insurance. For those uninsured or underinsured and wish to self-pay, our 3D tomography rate is $175 due at the time of exam.
