    This New Year's Eve, don't drop the ball; ring in 2016 in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach with the return of News Year's Eve at The Landing! 

    On December 31st, 2015, the City of Fort Walton Beach with partners atApex Broadcasting, present New Year’s Eve at the Landing, Fort WaltonBeach’s premiere waterfront park. The celebration kicks off at 6:00 p.m. with the Blingin’ in the New Year 5K Glow Run and 1 Mile Fun Run.

    Music and entertainment starts at 7:00 p.m. with music from B Boy Productions, then crowd favorite Continuum takes the stage from 8:00 p.m. to midnight right in front of the city’s beautiful holiday centerpiece, the 30-foot Christmas tree.

    Then at midnight, enjoy a spectacular midnight fireworks show and the Downtown FWB Organization’s Treasure Chest Drop! The kids’ outdoor activity area includes inflatables, face painting, dance floor, and more! And complimentary shuttle service is available to attendees all evening, courtesy of ResortQuest!
