After filling and printing the form, they need to take it to the Hurlburt Visitor Control Center, located at the Main Entrance to Hurlburt Field, where they will undergo a basic background check and receive an installation access card that’s valid for six months. Once you have your access ID, you can use the East Gate to enter the base and present your card at the entry control point to gain access to the golf club.
