    The ability to diversify funding streams is critical to nonprofit sustainability, and grants can be an important element in meeting fiscal goals. The key is to identify grant sources that share organizational concerns; identify how your agency’s mission melds with the funder’s goals; and to develop a grant proposal that will showcase how agency experience and staff will bring mutual benefit to the funder and applicant.

      • »» Constructing a narrative that will engage the funder, and highlight agency skills
