R/C -THE CRAFT BAR HOSTS RIBBON CUTTING IN UPTOWN STATION

The Craft Bar in Uptown Station will host a public Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and after-party on Thursday December 5th at 4:00 pm.  
 
“In 1982 I opened Chan’s Saloon & Eatery on Cinco Bayou. Now in 2019, The Craft Bar has brought me back into the community of Fort Walton, and we couldn’t be happier to be serving our friends here both old and new!” –Chan Cox, Founder & President, Wine World, The Craft Bar. 
 
Uptown Station welcomed The Craft Bar to the neighborhood in March of this year. This location is the fourth craft bar to open in the Panhandle since 2014. The ribbon cutting event on December 5th will be both a celebration of a great start at the new location, and a toast to the future! The event, presented by the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, will be open to the public for fun, food, and celebration.  
 
The Craft Bar is a locally owned gastropub boasting a large selection of craft beer, fine wine, and hand-crafted cocktails to go along with a unique menu of from-scratch southern style “pub food.”  Weekly specials like the famous Monday night ‘Burger Night,’ daily happy hour selections like discounted wine carafes, and Trivia Night on Wednesdays offer a little something for everyone.
