Renaissance Santa Rosa Apartments Break Ground
September 18, 2019 – Radiant Partners, LLC, the owners of Santa Rosa Mall, and Rea Ventures Group, LLC today held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Renaissance Santa Rosa Apartments, a 229-unit community that is under construction on the 9-acre site of the former Belk’s Department store.
Upon completion in the 4th quarter of 2020, Renaissance Santa Rosa will be the Emerald Coast’s newest and most desirable luxury apartment community. Located in the heart of Ft Walton Beach/Mary Esther and adjacent to the Santa Rosa Mall, Renaissance Santa Rosa will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring culinary kitchens, table-sized islands, walk-in closets, full size washer/dryer and patio/balconies. The 5,000 square foot clubhouse will include a community great room with co-working spaces, business center, beverage/coffee café, indoor/outdoor bar area, 24-hour fitness club, and a billiards/gaming room. According to Kori Burton, Santa Rosa Mall manager, Renaissance Santa Rosa is seen as a catalyst for future investment and transformation of the mall into a mixed-use destination.
