This event will celebrate the completion of a nearly $30 million investment to create expanded recycling opportunities in the Gulf Coast Region in Northwest Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.

An invitation to the event is attached, but here are some event details to keep in mind:
Arrival & Registration: Registration will begin at 9 a.m., and the formal presentation will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.
The event address is 109 Ready Avenue NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. Signage and WM personnel will guide you to the designated guest parking area.
Facility Tours: If you elected to take a tour of the facility on the day of the event, guided tours will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Upon registration on the day of the event, you will be assigned a designated tour time. There will also be an option to elect a tour on a future date. You will have the option to select a tour at the link above.
Attire and Safety: To participate in a facility tour, you must wear closed-toe shoes suitable for walking. Additional protective gear, including safety glasses, safety vests and hard hats, will be provided. Please be aware that the tour involves navigating multiple staircases and will be conducted while operations are ongoing.
Weather Considerations: The event will take place outdoors under a tent, so we recommend dressing accordingly to ensure your comfort.
