St. Simon's on the Sound Annual Arts & Crafts Fair

The St. Simon’s on the Sound Arts & Craft Fair Committee takes great pleasure in inviting you
to participate in the 44th Annual St. Simon’s Arts & Crafts Fair, to be held on November 2-3,
2018. The family of St. Simon’s enjoys the fun, fellowship, and hard work that are necessary to
make a great fair even better each year. This year we have once again renewed our commitment
to maintaining our joy in hosting the Fair, and in expanding the quality and diversity of the Arts
& Crafts exhibits. We welcome the new vendors which will be joining us for the first time.
Proceeds from the show go to Outreach programs, as well as our church’s Inreach Programs.
Thank you for helping us continue these ministries.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE RULES. RETURNING
YOUR APPLICATION TELLS US THAT YOU WILL ABIDE BY THE RULES.
Please know that in fairness to all, we will strictly enforce the rules.

• All exhibited items must be your own creations
• You may not bring pets
• You may not sell food (for immediate consumption such as items sold in our bake shop)
• You may not use heating elements
• You may not sublet your space
• You may not display outside your allocated space
• You may not attach items to the tent or to the church ceiling or walls
• You may not park at St. Simon’s during the Fair (off-site parking is available)
• No refunds after September 1, 2018 unless we can rent your space
