Strategic Leadership and Performance Improvement Half-Day Workshop

In this experiential workshop, you will explore key competencies of strategic leadership: thriving on change, learning and helping others to learn, making balanced decisions, flourishing from diversity, understanding the present, predicting the future, and aligning the needs of different stakeholders. You will also acquire a framework for treating leadership challenges not as problems to be solved but as paradoxes to be resolved.

Leadershipis an essential skill at all levels. The specific skills associated with strategic leadership are different from those associated with operational leadership. Strategic leaders are required to make risky decisions, inspire diverse followers, and achieve sustainable results.
