Date:April 12, 2013
Time:6:00 PM - 6:00 PM CDT
Event Description:
It has been 100 years since the Titanic struck an iceberg and sank on her maiden voyage, but the interest in Titanic is as fresh today as it was back then. Judy will bring alive the stories of those who lost their lives and those who survived. Will the Titanic still be around in another 100 years? These and other stories will be presented in a lively discussion of what actually happened on that dark night, long ago.
Judy has been giving presentations on the Titanic for about ten years to various organizations in the Pensacola area as well at various Chautauquas at DeFuniak Springs, Florida; Monteagle, Tennessee; Lakeside Chautauqua in Ohio, and Ave Chautauqua in North Carolina. She has a remarkable collection of materials on anything relating to Titanic which she will share with the participants during her presentation.
