Tools to Quit is an approximately 90-minute, one time cessation class that combines group support and Nicotine Replacement therapy. During the course, participants learn about managing tobacco addiction, coping with withdrawal symptoms, how to prevent relapse, as well as how to manage stress through lifestyle changes.
The Tools to Quit class is instructed by a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and Nicotine Replacement Therapy is provided to participants to support their quit plan, free of charge. The instructor is available for follow up and support.
