A VIRTUAL breastfeeding education class with our lactation consultant Kristy Fors, RN, IBCLC of Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. This webinar replaces our monthly in-person breastfeeding class. Topics include; breastfeeding in the hospital and in the early weeks, milk production, positioning and attachment techniques.
