A Celebration of Women & Wellness at Harborwalk Village

This Mother’s Day season, give yourself, or the women in your life, an afternoon unlike any other. Wellness at the Water is a curated, uplifting celebration of women, wellness, and connection set against the stunning backdrop of the Destin Harbor. Join us Saturday, May 9 from 2PM – SUNSET at Harborwalk Village for an afternoon designed to inspire strength, self-care, and intentional living.

The afternoon begins at 2 PM with a grounding welcome stretch on the lawn and flows through a variety of wellness experiences set up throughout the village. Move through curated wellness zones featuring movement sessions, mini spa experiences, mindful activities, and relaxation spaces. Be inspired by empowerment talks from speakers and wellness partners, browse boutique wellness vendors offering herbal products, jewelry, and self-care goods, and keep yourself fueled with light bites, cocktails, and mocktails throughout the afternoon.

As the sun begins to dip over the harbor, the afternoon closes with a beautiful sunset yoga session, the perfect way to seal an intentional, restorative day. General Admission ticket holders will enjoy sunset yoga on the lawn overlooking the harbor, while VIP guests will be whisked away via private boat shuttle to an exclusive sunset yoga experience on the Emerald Grande’s private beach. 

Bring your mom, your daughter, your best friend, or simply treat yourself. Additional speakers, wellness partners, and experiences will be announced as we get closer to the event.

Good to Know:

• Check-in begins at 1:30 PM. The event begins promptly at 2 PM with a welcome stretch on the lawn.
• Comfortable activewear is recommended so you can fully participate in movement sessions throughout the afternoon.
• Bring a yoga mat if you have one — a limited number may be available at the event.
• Parking is complimentary for all ticket holders.
• Spa services and select activities have limited availability — visit these experiences early.
• All experiences are outdoors; adjustments will be made in the case of inclement weather.
