The League of Women Voters of Okaloosa County invites all county citizens to join us as Supervisor of Elections Paul Lux discusses the future of on-line voting and voter registration. Everyone who believes the right to vote is at the foundation of American democracy will want to be there to find out if the franchise is ready to meeting 21st century technology.
The event will be held from 6-8:00 pm on Thursday, 22 January, at Shalimar Town Hall (#2 Cherokee Rd, off Eglin Pkwy opposite the Post Office). The meeting is free and open to the public. For more information contact Mary Blackwell at 621-4088.
